Wanted an air con regas and thought I'd booked it online but that was a refresh? Work not done as they weren't sure whether I wanted that or not but no one called to clarify. Will have to get the air con sorted elsewhere now.

Simply that the prices charged are extortionate. Brake fluid change was £162 and I will need rear brake pads in the near future and was quoted £248. The brake parts apparently are £127, which again is ridiculous.
