My car was recalled due to an issue with the retractable roof and they also looked at a warning light for me and valeted the car. I can’t get rid of the 4.9, not sure how it appeared? but I would like it noted that I would like to score a 5!

Had to hang around drop off about 830 in the morning. Booked a pick up time as I needed the car back to pick children. Got a call saying it was ready at about 230. When I got there at 4pm it wasnt ready and to wait over 20 minutes. No valet.
