The whole process was effortless from booking the appointment through to picking the car up, and the communication from Nick was great, keeping me well informed and updated on progress.
I left understanding what had been done
the team where very welcoming and attentive . they ensured that we where comfortable offering drinks it was great.
Only improved the situation by then collecting my car the following week and dropping it off, which saved me the time but still my fuel and loss of car for the day.
Ryan was spot on with his sales, answered all my questions and emails, nothing was too much trouble for him, and I love my car
Friendly prompt service
Had to hang around drop off about 830 in the morning. Booked a pick up time as I needed the car back to pick children. Got a call saying it was ready at about 230. When I got there at 4pm it wasnt ready and to wait over 20 minutes. No valet.
Kept me informed at all times. Liked getting the video from service team, good to keep for my records.
All at Williams Mini Liverpool have been great. Adam Glinister my Sales person was so helpful throughout every stage. He was professional & patient with all my questions. He kept me up to date & went above & beyond to ensure the car was perfect.
From start to finish the service was excellent, from the reminder call to the complementary taxi into the city centre. The staff are always polite and courteous.
I gave a description of the car I wanted and the member of staff I spoke to provided exactly what I asked for. Adam was really helpful.

Great salesperson (Jo) at Williams Mini Liverpool. I preferred dealing with a female sales as felt less pressured than in the past when Ive dealt with some of the salesmen there.

was supposed to be a 90 min express service .I was told I could not use a courtesy car. After 90 mins I got a call from the garage saying it was its 2nd service so would be 5 hours in total. This inconvenienced the disabled user of the car for allday
It was probably the best service O have received from a car dealer.

The sales person was friendly and sorted everything for me , kept me updated at each point if the sale
The service was completed within the estimated time and I was called to notify me it was ready to collect. It was also very useful to be provided with a vehicle health check video, showing the current wear to the car's tyres, brake pads etc.
Eric Pursglove was my Service Advisor and nothing was too much of an inconvenience.My car was serviced by Alan Cornish who sent me a video message of him running through the service and MOT.

Comfort zone in office
The service at delivery was excellent - Joanne was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Its a pity all the staff were not as accommodating as Joanne .
