The customer service was good in general but even though my car was under warranty I had to collect it and when I opened my boot it looked like it had been ransacked. The boot was totally upside down and the car was filthy
Only had a MOT asked not to wash the vehicle but returned to collect and still had to wait over 20mins for car as it was being washed dispirit being car the car was ready.
My car had its MOT. I did not receive the certificate. I was promised it would be sent in the post, the work was done on the 16th and I've still not received it.
Excellent service always at Williams.

Everyone I dealt with wanted to help me get the mini I wanted and not just sell me any car. The cars are amazingly good quality and super to drive. I was kept up to date with each stage of my car being build via emails which was a great features.
Everyone was welcoming, offering drinks, chatting and smiling. The collection of my car was unexpected, with it being covered for Raazi to reveal it. He then spent time with showing me what everything was and connecting my phone to the car too.
Was told courtesy car wasn't needed but had to wait in service Center for over two hours. And the answer to question 1 also does not help

I booked my car in for the first MOT plus service and warranty check. The service provided on the day was explained to me and was carried out with no delay. My car was valeted ready for collection. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
Car wasn't washed on collection, book wasn't stamped. I've not been happy with Williams in the last couple of years. Had a small body repair completed that was very poor quality, yet it was sent to my home so obviously wasn't quality checked.
Staff were helpful and polite , just disappointing that the delay in servicing the car caused me to cancel a medical appointment for my mother.
After the initial problem with the booking I was told that they could fit my car in for a service although they were somewhat reluctant to do it in 3 - 4 hours (this was the estimate given at the time of my booking). The car hasn't been cleaned.
Only issues was getting hold of sales team via the switchboard

See above, to carry on. When picked up my car told verbally nothing in writing, typed or handwritten that shortly rear brake disks needed replacing and head gasket failing, leaking into no1 spark pug.but turns out cam cover not head gasket!
Flowers presented were a nice touch and Harry even gave my son a teddy he had been playing with. Nice spontaneous act.
All operations carried out flawlessly even down to a thorough cleaning of a road salt covered filthy car.
I was looked after extremely well by all of your staff. Special mention to the young lady who booked the vehicle in and looked after me whilst I waited for it to be completed. She was very pleasant and competent.
Warm welcome and subsequent care by Pauline. Desk assistant, Paula, was excellent and job was completed in good time.

They struggle to book appointments, and don't appreciate people's time. Warranty work was booked in... appointment was not actually booked in and then booked in only for half of the work to be complete, so had to travel in to book it in again.
For once I had a lovely lady called Paula looking after me this hasn't been the case usually previously had extremely rude staff dealing with me

Great experience from the start (ongoing). Warm welcome to Williams' showroom and excellent support throughout the process. At no point did I feel I was getting a hard sell/sales pitch (which puts me off so many car showrooms).
Gareth Smith at Warrington Halliwell Jones went above and beyond to make my experience amazing...he even came in on his day off to do the handover of my new vehicle. He made it a very exciting and personal experience. What a lovely friendly guy ..
No longer pay for taxi home, once Car is dropped off - wasn't informed until I arrived. Reception agreed to phone me when the car was ready, at 3. No call, apparently she had a dentist appointment!

The staff were all really friendly, but this was my first visit to the service centre so i wasnt really sure what the process was. I left my keys with reception and then didnt really know what would happen next.
Every request complied with efficiently.

Expensive to replace a fuse
Constantly told that we will receive a return call. Never happens. Always have to chase. Vehicle brought in for service 3 weeks ago Faulty Sat Nav screen. Williams can't fix and will look into this and come back to us (warranty repair) Still waiting!
Told to bring my car in at 8.30 am and I was still waiting in reception with other people till about 9.30am till I was booked in.
My only issue is cost, and for a first service it was quite expensive in my opinion...but that's the going rate I suppose.
