Excellent service from Derek . All questions answered, advice given on the types of mini available ie petrol / electric . Delivery date fitted in my husbands work schedule, Derek came in on his day off so he did the handover .

The sales process was fine, but the delays in delivery the car weren't good. I had my V5 and mini finance sorted beginning of Feb, but the car only arrived at the showroom on the 11th. Feb. I was kept updated with delivery issues.

As above, issues other than the ones I'd highlighted were flagged up by the service team but were not addressed. To be fair I did not expect them to but it may have been nice to have them sorted too. I appreciated the courtesy car whilst mine was in.

Full and detailed report given to highlight the issues that were reported. The only downside is that the cost of the repairs are way outside of my budget and so will have to go elsewhere which is a great shame.
