I was pleased just had a problem on the way home after a service and MOT as the car started to shudder and cut out at the tunnel started again and was shuddering all way back home got on the drive and it cut out aging would start but cut out again.

Staff at William's Mini were very efficient in organising my visit. They contacted me beforehand with information about my visit. The person dealing with my visit ( Scott) was very friendly and efficient.

Took multiple attempts to resolve everything and had to book my car in again a week later to resolve everything. Why highlight work needed then not be able to carry out the work while the car is actually there

I was 20 minutes early for my 1.30 booking. As usual, I waited in the customer waiting area while the work was done. However, on this occasion I had to wait for a long time. It seemed that most of the customers who came after me left before me.

a very poor quality customer service. Didn't receive promised prices for the things I should fix in my car. Also I've been told that I will get money back for my transport to bring my car but no one contact me.

The service experience itself on 28th May was good. However, in early July, I received other service warnings about engine oil and microfilter changes. I am a bit disappointed why this could not be mentioned while I was there on 28th May.

Was told that the car wouldn't be ready till late afternoon but when I explained to Scott I had to be somewhere he made sure the job was completed earlier to accommodate me.

One of the best things about dropping your car off at Williams used to be picking it up when you knew it would have had the best wash. I think the car does still get washed but not to a high standard.
