I always find it difficult to confirm when the next service is due on line so have to ask in person on booking in. And one can get different messages from each staff member on this respect.

The service team were excellent. Very good customer service, very friendly, understanding and great communication. Olivia dealt with me several times and she was lovely to deal and very professional.

I was well looked after by the staff I dealt with while visiting, from the gentleman on reception who is always welcoming, to the lady from the service team who came to explain everything to me in person.

The Car sales person Lucy did a very good job and was very helpful . Especially as she hadn't been in sales very long , along with Joe the Mini brand Manager . We only went to have a look at the new Countryman , and came away hooked
