Initially the person, Sam, who made the appointment was not there, which was disappointing as he had sent us a video confirming the appointment. However Derek Bushall stepped in to look after us and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating

My car has been returned to me with the issue of water ingres unresolved. This makes me question quality control procedures. I am totally disappointed and looking forward to a very speedy resolution to the problem.
