We had previously visited Mini at Parkgate Road, Chester/Wirral. The service there was abysmal particularly from the manager. Our experience at Williams could not have been more of a contrast, excellent from start to finish.

I had a seamless buying experience from start to handover with Sam. He was very caring about my mini being my first automatic vehicle and made sure I was confident, reassuring me massively. I hope he receives some acknowledgement for his service.

I do not like the bot you use when trying to contact you by phone. I have given up several times unable to make myself understood. Many friends have said the same. Please can I speak to a real human . If not I may change service provider

The work could not be fully completed because not all the parts were in stock, despite us arranging this in advance. The handover process, involving no human contact at all, felt cold and impersonal and did not generate trust.

No continuity in communication. Technician who worked on it on day one stated fault could not be cleared so was kept in overnight with possibility of gear box having to be stripped. Next day technician said car had been updated with latest software.

Didn't like the new terminals which were too inpersonal.

Well organised service visit. I was kept informed of progress prior to and during the service. Dropping off the car was straight forward and the new booking in process was much improved. Thank you, I was impressed.
