Car at centre at 10.00am, still in the same car space and had not been moved at 4.00pm , when we were supposed to collection it. It did not get serviced till we got there. We left at 6.30pm. We informed by email that our service was on schedule.

Staff were lovely couldn't do enough for me as I picked up my car but couldn't actually get hold of anyone for to the ridiculous AI system you have In place . it is so very frustrating not being able to speak to a real person. it would put me off .

I took the car in at 8 o'clock in the morning. They said that they would have it ready for me for around 1130. She came to me at 10 o'clock and told me Mobility had only just accepting to get the Service so I got out about 3:30 I think there should o

My visit was for the first MOT and I was looked after very well as usual by the staff,in and finished in 2 hours I was very impressed as this was under the time quoted,very efficient thank you!
