Recently I used BMW to assist to recover my vehicle. My vehicle was recovered 27/07/2026. I then had a very poor experience of it being looked at. It took two weeks to be looked at. To be then told the parts were not covered under my warranty.

Booked service online but kept getting called about organising one every for a week after No parking when I arrived I had to wait quite a long time to get my keys back, although appreciate it was probably busy Staff were helpful + friendly

I was told my car would be washed it wasn't I complained and they took it for a wash but you could tell it was a half hearted job all car mats still dirty etc I expected more from the service

Because they have taken my brand new tyres off my car and replaced them with worn ones, I have photographs from before I took the car in and the tread depth dropped by 5mm, I would never return and will ensure nobody I know returns

The error with the ac was not corrected. The diagnostic was merely repeated. This was expensive. The quote for repair was astronomical. I also asked for a quote from the body shop to repair a dent. This was recorded but not done.

Booked a service over a monthh ago along with courtesy car for the day. Arrived 08:45 service appointment 09:00, asked to take a seat and just after 09:30 was called to actually book the car in with the usual formalities.

Having had to re book, because the work could not be completed on the day I originally had booked in Took for me to make a further 6 calls for this to be done, no1 there to give me a courtesy car, took a days holiday, 8 tunnel costs - terrible

Still waiting on Mini emblem from April, told someone would follow up, which they haven't and has been forgotten about multiple times. Had to bring in the car to the bodyshop twice already and found the process both time consuming and disruptive.

Dropped my car off at 8 in the morning for an oil change. Asked for them to call me when ready as I was staying in Liverpool. Didn't call me. Walked back to garage 2.00 and it was ready!

The work on my car was delayed due to the technician being called away for a medical emergency. This was not a problem, and reception staff were very apologetic, but it would have been useful to have been informed before I arrived to collect the car.

The car was booked in at 10am and we were asked to call after lunch to check on progress. It was only an MOT. The car was needed at 4.30pm and wasn't ready until 5pm despite a number of calls.

It was excellent service but I was thinking of downgrading my score as I was sad to have to check in on a machine rather than be greeted and then looked after by a friendly person.

I rang up at 4.30pm to be told my car would be ready by 5pm. At 5.50 I was finally asked to complete any paperwork. When asked if the tyre pressures were checked as I have an intermittent fault I was told yes everything is fine. No there not!

Booked in for a full service 6 months in advance. Mini invoiced me the parts, cost and part numbers. Did not a have fuel filter for my car despite it being a main dealer. Failed to ensure parts were available ahead of service. Really poor.
